VENDOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at 909Day!

Each vendor space measures 8 ft. x 8 ft. Vendors are responsible for bringing all equipment and supplies needed for their setup, including tables, chairs, displays, lighting, and any other necessary materials.

Your vendor space includes:

  • One (1) 6 ft. x 8 ft. vendor space

  • Four (4) vendor passes

Vendor spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

The event is on September 9th, 2026 begins at 6:00 PM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready for business before doors open. Additional load-in and setup details will be provided upon acceptance.

FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

Food Vendor Fee : $50

The venue requires all food vendors process sales through DLS’s Point of Sale (POS) system.

  • DLS will handle all customer transactions and vendor payouts.

  • DLS will retain 30% of total sales.

  • Vendors will receive the remaining 70% of their sales balance following the event.

Venue Required Documents

The following items must be submitted for approval:

1. Signed Vendor Contract

  • A contract will be provided once your application has been approved.

  • Please ensure the event name is entered wherever the contract references “Festival.”

2. Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • Must list DLS as an Additional Insured.

3. Menu & Pricing

  • Submit a copy of your menu, including pricing, as soon as possible.

  • Early submission is required so our team can program your items into the POS system.

4. Event Contact Information

Please provide:

  • Primary contact name

  • Cell phone number

5. Health Permit

  • Submit a copy of your current health permit.

  • Businesses operating outside of Riverside County must also provide a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit.

6. Business License

  • Submit a copy of your current business license.

NON-FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

Non-food Vendor Fee : $100

To maintain compliance with event regulations and exclusive vendor agreements, non-food vendors are prohibited from selling or distributing the following items:

  • Weapons of any kind, including real, replica, toy, or novelty weapons

  • Drugs, controlled substances, or drug-infused products Food, candy, snacks, or edible items of any kind Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape devices, vape products, or related accessories

  • Alcoholic beverages & Non-alcoholic beverages of any kind, including bottled water, sodas, energy drinks, coffee, tea, and juices

  • Any products packaged in glass containers, including but not limited to perfumes, lip glosses, oils, beverages, candles, or similar items

Event management reserves the right to remove any prohibited products from sale and may require vendors to cease sales or leave the event without refund if these guidelines are violated.

SUBMISSION REVIEW

All vendor submissions will be reviewed upon receipt. Approved vendors will receive a contract and additional event details.
