Founded by Noa James and Lesa J, BrickToYaFace began as an outlet for Noa’s artistry, a space where his raw storytelling, emotional depth, and independent spirit could thrive without boundaries. As Lesa helped manage and organize Noa’s career behind the scenes, the two realized they had built something far greater: a foundation that could uplift others walking a similar path.

Today, BrickToYaFace Ent stands as a creative home and partnership-based label designed to empower independent artists. Rather than operating like a traditional record label, BTYF shares knowledge, resources, and strategies learned through years of touring, event production, and entrepreneurship. The mission is simple, to help artists grow, sustain, and thrive while keeping ownership of their art and their vision.
